This does not work for me.  The menu icon that I am to click does not appear on my screen.  When I try to load voice details I am automatically taken to a payment screen, even though my bill is paid in full.  When I try to connect to manage my voice I am met with the 3 dots in the middle of the screen that indicates lading, yet it never, ever loads.

Try clearing your browser's cache and see if that helps.  If not, try a different browser ( perhaps CHROME may work for you).
