Can you tellme why my cell phone receives the call when my landline rings?

Log into your account online and goto:  https://pf.connect.comcast.net/OptimusPref/prefs/voice

 

Take a look at the Call Forwarding section and see if your cell phone is listed and if it is, remove it.

 

ALso check to see if you have the Xfinity Connect APP installed and active on your cellphone....  there are VOICE Settings within the app as well.

This did not work.  My cell # is not listed there, nor could I find Xfinity Connect APP on my phone.  This problem also effects my wife's phone.

Call into Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 and speak with a CSR about this issue.
