If you just got your package installed, it can take from 24 to 72 hours before this will begin working...

If you have had your package installed for some time, then call into Comcast and have them look at your billing codes to ensure that CallerID is included in your account...

I have been having trouble solving my issue with comcst caller i.d. and home phone issues and caller id on tv then transfer to different deptments vand put on hold?? Whats going on comcast.  Nothing fix as of yet even have confirmation number I hate that I really like comcast but they changing my mind with them waiting off and on with different people for over two hours. No one gets on especially if you have a problem. Transformer went out is not my problem it has mess up my service with you guys COMCAST
