https://connect.xfinity.com/voice has been down all day. Tried Chrome and edge get message after long while
502 Bad Gateway
The server returned an invalid or incomplete response.
Cannot check text either.
I just tried this morning and was able to get through..... if you still cannot, ensure that your clear your history and cache from the browser(s) you are using, close the session and reopen and try again.
Your's was the first post I've seen that offered some concrete action. I cleared the cache and history completely. I also cleared all cookies while I was rummaging around but it did not help. In one window I finally saw the same "502" error that others have seen but other times the window simply goes blank but appears to continue trying to load. I thought perhaps that Comcast had stopped supporting the modem, an Arris TM822G which I own, but they still list it as being supported. For what it's worth, I haven't been able to access https://connect.xfinity.com/voice since the 28th.
Same thing for me except it started the evening of the 28th. I've tried Safari and Firefox with the similar results. I saw the same error message once but have to admit I probably don't wait long enough for the page to timeout. This doesn't appear to be a major issue for Comcast as our posts aren't getting any attention from them.
I am having the same problem. Tech support is useless. I did clear my cache and history, tried Opera, Chrome and Firefox and still can't get the connect.voice page to load. I don't even get an error message. Just a blank white page or a page with a blue background.
