how to unblock a phone number?

how to unblock a phone number?

First, I have,to log into my account and never had to do that before?  If I owe a bill it is on my tablet already.  Now, I have to log into Comcast.  Also, I do need to log into my account and I need to unblock phone numbers on my account.  I go to preferences and so on and I get no where!  Tell me first why I have to log into my Comcast Account and check my email, when I never had to before. It was always on my tablet.  But, I do have to log into my Comcast Account for more important things.  Like to block a number or unblock a number.  Now, I cannot even correct that anymore!.  It says Mark on my account  which is right and when I go to my account it's says guest, well that is incorrect.  For the money I am paying both of these needs to be corrected!  My god this is a joke to go through all this,  it now does not work like it did before!  Does anyone know how I can get all my email once again, go back to,my tablet.  When I open my tablet, I can get all my emails on my tablet and I do not need to log into my account?  But, I do have to log into my Comcast account to unblock a telephone number etc. I cannot do that anymore.  How do I fix that problem?

This is absurd. I have been trying to  unblock a number so I can add  different numbers and the site will not allow me to do it. I keep seeing  "saving" at the top of the  page and it goes on forever. Are we really paying for this. I have been trying for three days and still no results. This is sad.

As far as the "Guest" indication, Comcast is aware of the issue and is working on a fix for it.
