how do you get a tech out,IMPOSSIBLE FEAT11

How on earth do you get to speak with someone live within 10 min or less. Its a chore that cant be done. Just trying to get my pH number ported Over and have made a minimum of 10 or more calls so far. How do yuo get a tech to come out to check everything, seems like this is an impossible feat, not according to the TV commercials.

I would recommend sending an email to we_can_help@cable.comcast.com because they are usually able to get you in contact with a department that can resolve your issues.  Make sure that you include a description of your issue and a good contact telephone number in your email to them.  I do not think you can reduce the telephone hold time unless you find a time when they are not as busy.
