how do I discontinue voice service?

how do I discontinue voice service?

I didn't want phone service but signed up for the $33 per service promotion because I didn't have to sign up for a 2 year plan, then I moved and they automatically signed me up for 2-year plan and charge me for equipment I do not have or want.  How do I get out of this mess?

For cancellation of any services, you must call into COmcast and speak withe them.   Phone numbers are 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489
