i upgraded my internet service and now do not have my voice mail, call waiting and other eathers on my home phone. WHY???

If this is still happening, call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR to ensure the account has all of the features activated ( especially since you lost things after upgrading )
