home phone

My home phone service has been going in and out! What will cause that to happen? I've noticed since last Saturday 4/27/13 my service hasn't been consistent.One day it'll work and the next day it won't.My internet has been working fine,  It's just my phone line with the problems. Any info will be appreciated!

If you are having problems with your phone just call 1-800 comcast and have a tech come out.
