home phone stuck on call forwarding for months

My home phone has been stuck on call forwarding since November. I made countless calls to tech support which was a total waste of time. I can call out from my house phone and reach my cell but can not call home from my cell. All incoming calls go through my cell phone. I am so annoyed with comcast, they workextra hard gaining new customers but existing customers have to throw a fit to get results. I also have a comcast box on the curb in front of my house with all the wires exposed "since November" with countless service tickets and work orders made to fix it, but it still remains neglected. Someone please tell me how to file a complaint with the corporate office, I pay way too much for my services to have these issues.

So when you are home and dial *73 from your home phone, call forwarding does not release?

Have you looked at Voice options in Xfinity Connect to see if call forwarding is enabled and then attempted to DISABLE it?

 

If your Comcast account is the PRIMARY user sign in to Xfinity Connect. (secondary user accounts granted permission to see voice details will also be able to access Voice settings)

 

Click PREFERENCES then Voice.

 

Click Call Forwarding and Rings. Call forwarding is the second section.

 

If enabled DISABLE. The change should be automatically saved.
