help help help - no online voicemail at all.

ok, so i have followed all instructions and still nothing with my online access to voicemail

 

cleared my cache, cookies, history, everything

 

called comcast many times and had the service ticket expidited and posted online.  who can fix this darn thing.  the whole reason i moved to comcast voice was for the online voicemail, otherwise i will go back to the other guys.

 

I still get the generic page/screenshot of the feature of what to expect once i sign up for comcast voice, as if i am not a customer yet.  no errors, nothing.  it says "talk more, pay less" and a bunch of bubbe texts over features to expect. 

 

HELP HELP HELP please.
