had txtng capabilities before move, not now

had txtng capabilities before move, not now

I was able to txt through my email account like they offer, moved to another location, now it doesn't work.  Any thoughts?   (One supervisor didn't even know they offer that service)

If you recently moved, it can take up to 72 hours for all of your services to replicate across the system....  moving is like creating a new account...
