It is not working.  The chat analyst refused to call me as a suggested test.  He said all systems were active!  Then he quit the chat session.

How can I start a new chat session?  jim7dot@comcast.net

In a chat session, you can ask the care agent to create a ticket number for your issue. You and customer care can use it for tracking purpose later on.
