You may be in a temporary outage in your area.... best bet is to go online and check your MyAccount, or you can call into Comcast and ask them if there is an outage affecting your services.

Thanks Ray im gonna call them now. just getting used to all this online stuff and i had emailed the vp over customer service because i had no way to call and i just was able to get my cell phone back on. Thanks for the advice, ill see what happens
