For this kind of issue, you will need to call Comcast back.  They will not make account changes based on a forum post.

The next thing is miscommunication between my husband and myself.  Following our conversation,I was under the impression that he wanted our phone number to be unlisted. I was told it would be changed within 24 hours. It was only a matter of minutes. When my husband came in and I gave him the new number, he said he didn't want it changed.  I contacted Comcast to change it back to what it was the very afternoon that I called in the change to begin with.  We would like to get it changed back to xxxxxxxxxxx

 

The other thing we need is to disconnect our premium channels, HBO, Cinemax and Showtime. We still want our extended channels, DVR.

 

Our old phone number is xxxxxxxxx and the new one that has been assigned to us is xxxxxxxxxx.

 

Any assistance you can give us in these matters would be greatly appreciated.
