No, you can't. The older ones will eventually be deleted automatically.
That's bogus! The customer should be able to delete the call logs as we want to. I called Comcast and they didn't have a clue on how to complain to a human being. I went to the "tell us what you think" page and their lead in is "we do monitor these responses, we do not reach out to individual users for specific issues." So, I guess all we can do is complain to each other, cuz Comcast doesn't want to deal with it.
Why do you assume that just because your wishes don't come true right away that the company doesn't care?
I've worked for a number of high-tech companies over the past 3 decades. When customer reports and requests come in, they get added to to-do lists. There are limited developer resources, so it takes a while for many of these items to get done; meanwhile, more items get added to the lists. And they may be higher priority, so older items may continue to get delayed.
Choices have to be made all the time. If your change gets done, that means someone else's change doesn't get done, and vice versa.
Where did I say that the company "doesn't care"? I said "Comcast doesn't want to deal with it." Perhaps you should read a little slower so that you actually comprehend what is said. Is English your second language? I'm talking down to you because that's how you responded to me. I'm not technically ignorant and I know how things work. But to talk about Comcast having limited resources, that is a joke. Have you seen your bill lately? It would take them five seconds for one of their Tech's to write the code to allow the user to have control of their phone logs. And it is unacceptable to me that the people in tech support can't even tell me where I can go to register my displeasure to a real human being or to even get an email response from someone who acknowledges my concern and tells me what they are or are not addressing my issue. What kind of customer service is that?
Now, I apologize for being rude to you in the beginning, but you get what you give.
See the responses from Zhou in this thread.
THAT WASN'T WHAT i WANTED.iT WAS KEEPING MY OLD NUMBERS FROM AN OLD NUMBER SO I HAVE THE CALLED AND recieved numbers and the numbers not answered, plus the missed numbers but never was given the right way to get them back.
You're confusing me. This thread is about how to delete call history, but it sounds like you're asking the exact opposite.
If you need call records that have been removed from the online history, I think you can get them by calling Comcast.
