clear voice mail logs

clear voice mail logs

Just got a new bundle that included phone service. It is full of voice mails, missed calls, etc. I was able to delete all voice mails, but I cannot find a way to get rid of the missed and answered calls. Turns out the number used to belong to a catering business. Would be nice if they cleared out the account before reassigning the number.

 

I have added a message that should take care of new calls. How do I clear the missed and answered calls logs?

Call into Comcast and speak with a CSR about what you found online...request for the account to be reset.
