class not specified on DVC voicemail

Hi All

 

I have run into a peculiar issue that the local Comcast can't figure out.  Since the beginning of the week, I have noticed this issue with DVC.  When I attempt to play a voicemail, Windows Media player says "class not specified" and then closes.  

I can download them and play them with Quicktime,  but not play them within the site itself.

 

this is on the Windows XP machine using IE 6.  

 

Any thoughts?

I found an answer; I believe its a Class ID issue; An update from Microsoft probably updated WMP changed the class ID.

Well, I did try to find the link that used to say "mark thread as solved" but its not there anymore, so....
