caller can't hear me from cell phone call

caller can't hear me from cell phone call

the caller can't hear me from a cell phone call in coming. IF i call them they can hear me. Tech checked everything,changed modem and even hooked a test phone directly into modem ,same problem????

 

All cell phone calls from chicago area do this, out of state works ok?? sprint says no problems??

I'm having the exact same problem.  I also use Sprint service.  Any clues on how to get this fixed?

same here - no sprint callers can hear me.  i can call them and they can hear me just fine - just happens on incoming calls.  only sprint.  of course sprint says it's not on their end.

Same problem here- both times with sprint callers

Same here -- doesn't look they are paying much attention to this thread though!
