Hello. I'm new to digital voice. My caller ID on TV is turned on, but isn't working on my TV's. I read the forums, and I've unplugged them, waited, and plugged them back in, and that didn't work. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Did it used to work and stopped, or it never worked?
Confirm you have have Motorola or Pace set top boxes before this gets escalated.
It helps that you state you only got phone service on Wednesday. It does take 4-5 days for all the databases to sync up with each other. In otherwords, it is too soon for it to start to work.
If it does not start working by Tuesday, then post back and the Comcast Corp administrator will look at your account codes and get it fixed.
The Comcast Corp administrator has been notified of your CID not working, and will look into it.
