caller ID

My caller ID is not working again.  This is the third time....each time when we call we go through the same steps with whoever is on the other end and they are never able to help...Then they connect us with tech support and they fix it.  At least for a short time and then it stops working again.  We had to get a new box a while back.  We never had this problem before.  Also the tv doesn't always turn on the first time and sometimes it doesn't shut off completely.  I would really like my old box back or a new one that works  Anyone else have this problem

Thanks to Geek46 resolved problem with Caller ID

I posted a problem with Caller Id not appearing on my screen and then saw a reply from Geek46.  Followed his advice and called a different Comcast # than usual and my problem was resolved.

Just want to say thank you  to Geek 46.
