If it used to work and has stopped and equipment hasnt' been changed out, then start by power cycling your cable box.  Unplug the AC power for 2 minutes.  Power it up and test in 1 hour.

 

If that doesn't help, post back and it can be escalated.

 

If you cable box has recently been changed, post back.

 

If it never worked, then please share that you do have Comcast Triple Play and Motorola or Pace cable equipment.
