caller ID

caller ID

Our caller ID used to show up on the TV while watching a program but that has now stopped.  Anyone know why?  Thanks

If there has not been any changes to equipment, then start by unplugging the DVR for 2 minutes, then power it up again, test in one hour.

 

If that doesn't fix it, then post back and it will be escalated to the Comcast Cares Team.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I have refreshed your Caller ID/TV features.

Can you verify that you have the ITV option in your menu and that the feature is turned on and not on snooze.

Also can you toggle your banner to display from bottom to top and back to bottom again.

Finally please unplug your cable box as mentioned above and back in again.

If this doesn't resolve your issue please let us know.
