caller ID not working

caller ID not working

 Our Caller ID display on TV has not worked since comcast system went down on 11/10/16 (+ - 11:00 AM). The setup indicates CID is on.  A few reboots unplugs and CID resets have not resolved issue.

Call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and ask that your box have its account refreshed and entitlements resent to it.   Explain WHY you want this done  (CallerID not showing up )
