call fowarding error [DVC error 356)

 Hi all

 

I made a post a few months ago about this error and then the error disappeared. Since the error has returned, I am posting again to see if the same magic works.

 

At any rate, I am unable to enable call fowarding through the DVC or SmartZone prefs and there code is [error DVC-356].  It has continued for the past 3 weeks.  Any thoughts?
