acessing voicemail

I've been trying to access my on-line voicemail for weeks. I've cleared the IE cache several times, but still continually get error message: Sorry, we are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again.    [Error DVC-111]

Try logging in to your email (www.comcast.net). There is a voice tab there. Click on it. See if you can access from there...

llockert,

  You need to login with your primary account.  The account tied to your forums id (llockert) is not your primary.  When you login with the primary you can then goto  "My Account" and give voice access to your secondaries at which time you should then be able to login with the comcast id associated with this forums account.  If you're not sure what your primary account id is then you'll need to call 1-800-COMCAST (1-800-266-2278).
