Xfinity Voice

Cannot call into voice mail to complete my set up. Enter *99 and get message "You must do your initial setup from your home phone. Please hang up and dial from your home phone". I then enter *82 to disable per line blocking as instructed, then *99 again only to get a busy signal. Caller ID Blocking Per Line appears to be set by default and I am unable to deactivate it. Anybody else have this issue?

At this point, call into Comcast and speak with a CSR about your issue so that the CSR can assist in getting your VM setup.
