Xfinity Connect Call Manager Error. Sick of it!!!!

Xfinity Connect Call Manager Error. Sick of it!!!!

For several months now, whenever I try to customize the settings for my Digital Voice account through Xfinity Connect, I get "A network service error has occurred.".

 

I've tried calling support serveral times who claims to have torn-down and reconfigured my account and referred the matter to engineers - MONTHS ago without resolution.

 

Can anybody please shed some insight?  I can't update my call screening number list (or any other settings for that matter) and this has REALLY gotten annoying.

Voice mail preferences. Remove the checkbook check that requires your voice mail password when calling voice mail from your number number. Click save. Then go back into your call manager preferences and see if you are still receiving network error message.

Good luck with that.  I've been calling them for SEVEN months on this--and they still haven't fixed it.

 

Try QWest for phone service.  They actually care about their customers.
