XFinity Voice hasn't worked since install

Frustrated that after six months, at least ten service calls and three modems, my voice still doesn't work consistently. The modem resets everyday, sometimes multiple times during the day. At this point, I am considering switching my voice back to Verizon. Does anyone else have issues with the modem randomly resetting?

eMTA's and cable modem's should never reboot on their own unless it's after a software upgrade (rare).

 

You can email your issue to the Corp team we_can_help@cable.comcast.com and share your history of tech visits and equipment swaps.

 

They will get the right people involved.
