Wrong name associated with number

Wrong name associated with number

I would like to request a change in the name linked to my wife's cell phone number. Her name appears correctly on the phone, but some other person's name appears on the TV.

 

This occurred only after switching to Comcast Otober 2015. The previous provider's caller id displayed correctly.
