Will be cancelling my account

I have had nothing but horrible service since I signed up for the phone service,   Currently looking into new service and will be cancelling with comcast.   Currently I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and for the past two weeks our phone has been working and not working everyday.  As of this moment It again does not work.  It is the worst service and system I have ever dealt with.  Once I find a new phone carrier.   After the birth of my child I will also be looking to move my cable and internet service.   Thanks for no help and service

I'm sorry to hear of your poor service. I hope that you don't think this is the place to notify Comcast to cancel your service. This is a user-to-user forum.
 
If you want to cancel you will need to call Comcast.
 
And, best wishes for you and that new baby. Smiley Happy

Hi Angela!

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having so many problems. I took a quick look at your account and it looks like we haven't had anyone out to take a look at your service for more than a year. Have you spoken with a Comcast representative about these problems lately?

I will be sending an email to the primary address on your High-Speed Internet account. Please reply and I will be happy to make the arrangements to get a technician out to your home. Alternatively, you can contact us via chat or telephone and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

Comcast would like you to have high-quality, reliable telephone service, and we apologize for the problems you have had. Hopefully we will be able to resolve this problem to your satisfaction soon.

Angela,

You are not the only one who has been having these problems.

I signed up for the Comcast bundle package and had it installed on September 19, 2006. The first week I had the service installed, I already had (2) trouble tickets opened for my Internet and Digital Cable.

The second week we had another generated for the Digital Cable. The third week, another couple tickets opened for the Digital Voice.

I have had so many problems with the Digital Voice. Hours would go by with no dial tone. There was always an echo and robotic voice.

I dumped Comcast a couple days ago and went to a much better satellite TV company (no, not DirecTV) - came the next morning to install. Waiting for a phone company to activate my landline. Have Comcast to be scheduled to discontinued on Thursday - never again will I go to Comcast.

I on the  other hand have had a great experience with Comcast. All three of the services. I love my new CDV.

Amp I feel your pain I have had nothing but problems for the last 3 years since comcast tookover I will be looking forward to the day that verizon is availible in my area > I have had a tech at my house almost every saturday this year and still no fix  issues have been picture freezing,pixels, blank screen,lousy HD reception . All they have done is sucessfully alter my weekend Tv view habits. Someone told me I could contact the ceo not for sure if that is a option either that or  wbz
