Why is my account suddenly "inactive"? I've never missed paying a bill.

As of yesterday, 12/7/2013, I can no longer go to "Voice".  I login to the Comcast wabsite, click on "Voice" either from the top bar menu ar left side menu, it asks me to login again, and when I do I find myself in another tab with the "Uh-uh, you're not logged in" message.  It worked until yesterday.  But, now we have a "new", "improved" voice system which doesn't work.

 

This goes right along with the three weeks where I couldn't get my email last month.

 

Going to 
My Account", I find that my phone number and Comcast account number are for an "inactive account".
