Why insnt there a button for VM when I log in....

............. I am sick and tired of looking around for some site by another name than Comcast just to look up my voice mail and phone activity. THE PRODUCT MANAGERS ARE A BUNCH OF LAZY SLOBS WHO DON'T KNOW FREAK'M THING ABOUT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111

It only takes 2 or 3 clicks to get to voice mail.

 

open comcast.net and click on voice

when smartzone opens, the voice mail is right there to look & listen at your voice mail messages.
