What is my security PIN

When attempting to access my voice account, I get this message:  

Please note that for security reasons, access to Voice management and billing information will be temporarily limited until the primary user of the account has entered the Security PIN.
The primary user has not granted you access to this page.Please speak with the primary user to update your settings.
