What is going on with Digital Voice??? Its a MESS!

After setting up the whole account online, security questions etc...it saved nothing and prompted me to do it all again. 

 

Then after setting up my voice mail with password, greeting etc and SAVING those options. I called my number only to get a standard recording. On top of that it asked for my password. So much for the feature that lets you bypass the password.

 

If this is any indication of how Comcast handles the digital voice - I am going to cancel this. I have had it one day and it is one glitch after another....

 

At least let me know why none of my personal options seem to be saved. 

 

If someone can please advise I would appreciate it.
