We cannot find your voice mails...

We cannot find your voice mails...

Voicemail is enabled and working on my Xfinity Voice account, but when I try to look at my voicemail messages in the Xfinity Connect website or mobile app, I'm told it's not available.


The website tells me: "This account does not have voicemail enabled, however, you can still check call history in the Voice Tab."

The mobile app tells me:  "We cannot find your voice mails. Please check back later. If your voice mail box is active but the problem persists, please contact Customer Care..."


I Called customer care, tried live chat, etc.  They resent the signal, reset my account, etc but still not working.  Please advise!
