Was told by Comcast agent - no "support" site for Digital Voice??!!

I just had a live chat w/Gary at Comcast's support re: my internal fax modem. 
 
I was not happy w/his answers, so I asked about a forum to get further support.  I was told there wasn't any support for digital voice, etc & I shld go to Comcast.net or Comcast.com.
 
I was not given this site.
 
Are Comcast's support agent's not aware of this site???

Apparently some are not aware of the help forums. It would be nice if they would admit defeat sometimes and refer callers here.
Others do know that this forum exists. I've had to call Comcast support a few times, with issues that could not be solved here.  Each time I call, I mention that I am a frequent user here, and each one has said Oh, great place to go for help-I make customers aware that it does exist and it's a great resource.
In fact, one even asked me what my user name is-he actually reads the forums (but does not post due to Comcast rules against that) and he knew the name I gave him.

High Turnover tn the tech support cusotmer service game  Newbies dont know the answers for the first severall weeks.  If they last longer than that then theyre good to go;  What I do is thank then bery much hang up and call back until I get a live one. Thants Comcast Bestbiu etc etc
 
So whats the deal wth your Fax <achine?
