WRONG NUMBER

WRONG NUMBER

I replaced my modem on 7/2.  Called COMCAST and was told everything checked out OK.  When you call my number it shows on TV caller ID, but the phone doesn't ring.  I tried calling from my cell phone and my home phone number was completely different and belongs/belonged to a woman at the other end of the state. Was supposed to be called by COMCAST tech. by 9 pm, tonight.  No one has called. I guess they can't figure out what the problem is.
