Voicemail

I am trying to set up voice mail. I dial *99 and the message says...The mailbox # you are trying to reach is not in service...goodbye.
Seems to be a common issue....

Hi stacalicious -- I had a look at your account in regards to this issue. It looks like another fix agent was able to get this feature working. Can you confirm that it works now?
