I have hundreds of calls since Nov 5th, 2015 from "spoofed" tel numbers, Why can't Comcast stop these annoying things? Since when do I make calls to myself under "PLACED CALLS" me calling

unknown number??? I ask you, I have reported this on several occasions. Where is the security here? I have not made 1/4th of listed calls...missed calls, answered calls and really?m placing calls to

ME? I am not a fruit-cake yet comcast cannot sop this??? I pay for call blocking, non-published and unlisted phone...WHY? My numvber is either being viewed by some hacker or from a Comcast emploee who has access to the page. I have had it!!!

Call into Comcast and speak with a CSR  @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 about this issue,  Your accout may need to be looked into for proper coding.  The CSR can escalate this up to Tier 2 support.


The Support Forums are "public" forums and you should not post identifiable information - (full name, account number, address, phone numbers & email addresses).  Users of these forums are Comcast customers, the same as you & me and volunteer their time to assist with the issues and/or problems that you may be experiencing. Comcast Official Employees (OE) are identified with RED lettered User Names. Comcast Appointed Experts are identified with GREEN lettered User Names.
