How do i get a pin for my voicemail. After 1/2 hour on chat and flipping through web pages they finally phoned me one but it didn't work. Would love to talk to a real person about this.

You can call Comcast directly at 1-800-COMCAST or 1-800-XFINITY.

I want to set up a password # for my voicemail. After 1/2 hour online and three calls to Comcast, I've concluded that I don't need some operator in India who doesn't know anything but a real tech guy who knows how to do this. How do I find one of those?
