Voicemail

Voicemail

My voicemail was setup years ago but since I used a traditional answering machine, the Comcast voicemail only kicked in when I was already on the line. I disconnected my answering machine, but when someone calls, it doesn't go to voicemail. It still only goes to VM when I'm on the line. I can access my voicemail but we are not receiving any voicemail because it isn't working.
