Voicemail

When are you planning to fix voicemail?  It has been out of service for at at least 4 days now which really doesn't make it much of a service does it?

Re: Voicemail again

Oh really?  Then why do I have a message there saying that you are having problems with voicemail and it will be fixed temporarily?  Like I said it has been 4 0r 5 days and I can't get the annoying VM off my phone.  Did it before but now I can't fine the directionsl   Grrrrrrrrr!

Re: Unwanted VM notice

I would still like directions to get the annoying VM notice off of my phones.  I do not have VM, never wanted it but it took over my phone messages I think about March.  I was able to delete messages until one day there was a notice saying that the service was temporarily down and would be fixed shortly.  When that didn't happen I called service - WAITED 45 MINUTES for a service guy to tell me that he had disconnected VM and it would be off my phone in 24 hrs.  No such luck.  Still have the message and blinking light.  It's enough to make me switch to cell phones!

Re: Unwanted VM notice

I could not find the information you referenced but what does traveling have to do with it anyway? This is my home phone with the annoying problem.  I am convinced Comcast could handle this from the office and is just tooo onery to do so.
