Voicemail messages deleted via online, but VM system still states I have messages.

Voicemail messages deleted via online, but VM system still states I have messages.

I just went through and deleted all VM's via online through Comcast account, but when I dial into the VM system, it still states I have new VM's. Why are not the voicemails clearing.......if I delete them online, I shouldn't have to do everything again via the phone! It should be one or the other.

Also, the Voicemail tab is still missing when I log into mail. I had to do a word search for xfinity Voice just to find the messages. I thought that was being fixed a while ago?

Any suggestions are welcome. Thank You!

I have this same problem too. In addition,  I can not access the recording from the automated email with the hyperlink. 

 

I've had this service for three years, and this problem has been ongoing.
