Voicemail in SmartZone Has Never Worked for me

Voicemail in SmartZone Has Never Worked for me

This feature has never worked for me.  I have been on multiple chat sessions and promised it will be fixed by engineering over and over but still nothing.  When I click on the Voice tab it says "Voicemail is not available but you can still access call logs and calling management features in the call manager preferences."  Any help would really be appreciated.

The Comcast Corp administrator has been notified and will look into getting it corrected.

I've gotten this escalated to our phone group. They may respond after the holiday, but we will work on this for you until it's resolved. I've created ticket number CR231067923v for follow-up
