Voicemail dilemma

Voicemail dilemma

I am desperate to find a solution to this problem.  I have been dealing with Comcast for over a month on this issue, and they don't seem to get it.  I have voicemail on my landline phone, and have had it twice in the past with no problems.  However, with my most recent move, I have had a recurring issue.  When my phone rings, it picks up after the fifth ring.  Instead of voicemail coming on, the Comcast message "Welcome to comcast" comes on.  I have set up the voicemail several times.  It also does not show up on the Smartzone communication center.  I am missing tons of calls since no one can leave a message.  Has anyone had this problem or any suggestions?  Thanks so much.

The Comcast Cares Team has been notified and will get the right people involved to get it working.
