Voicemail box you are trying to setup is not in service...

I am new to Comcast and recently singed up for the X1 triple play. So far I had 4 issues but have slowly been getting them resolved. My last issue is when I dial *99 from my home phone I get "The voicemail box you are trying to setup is not in service". I am able to call out and receive calls. From what I have been reading, I need to have my phone # reprovisioned. I have tried unplugging the phone, rebooting the router/modem and plugging the phone line directly into tel 1. Any thing else I should try? Is there anything I should tell the CS REP to expedite the basic troubleshooting steps?

Just inform the CSR you speak with of the error message you are receiving and you should be fixed up quickly.
