Voicemail asking callers for passcode

Voicemail asking callers for passcode

Yesterday and today, voicemail has been picking up my incoming calls before the phone is allowed to ring on my end and then asking callers to enter their pass code.  If they hang up and try again, they get through.  Please help.

Hi JudyCl, I can address this concern for you. Can you please send me a private message with your full name, street address, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me"?

I tried but when I clicked on "Private message me," I kept getting redirected to the page that says:
