Voicemail Setup

Hello,

I cannot setup my voicemail!

When I dial *99 from my home phone, I get the message to create a PIN.  So, I enter the 4 numbers I want for my PIN, press #, and it tells me I must enter at least 4 digits.  huh?  This happens every time I try.  VERY frustrating!

Some phones have a problem with VOIP phone service detecting and accepting the "tones" that are generated from the phone.  This is especially true if you have major packet loss with your connection to the CDV network.
