Voicemail Not Active on Web Interface - Handset voicemail works

My voicemail works on the handset, but the web interface says voicemail not available.  I called comcast at least 3 times and spent more than an hour on the phone with them trying to troubleshoot it.  They gave me a case number for reference las week and it is still not fixed.

 

The odd thing is that it worked the day I added Voice, however the caller ID on the TV was not working even when I activated it on the tv menu.  

 

I called Comast and they said they needed to turn on the CallerID and it should show up in about 24 hours.

 

Next day the caller ID started working , but then the voicemail I had already set up on the handset was wiped out.  I redid the voicemail on the handset, but ever since that day the web interface says voicemail not available.  I can get call history, but no voicemail features on the web interface.

The Comcast Cares Team has been notified and will look into the status of your ticket / case.

Sorry about the issues that you are experiencing. I show per your account that this issue was resolved on 10/3/2011. If your still experiencing issues please let me know and we can take more steps to get your issues resolved.

The issue was finally resolved on 10/3. Thanks to Comcast for responding so quickly to this forum post.
